Jänku OÜ e-shop Terms and Conditions
- Choose a product – you can filter products by price, ratings, and comments. Please pay attention to offers!
- Add to cart – Transport options are available in the shopping cart. If you want to continue shopping do not worry, your shopping cart will be saved. If you are satisfied with your shopping cart, then click on proceed to checkout button.
- Fill out the contact information fields. Logged in customer information in the shopping cart is pre-filled.
- Choose a payment method – in our online store you can pay through the following bank links: Swedbank, SEB, LHV, NORDEA, Danske Bank, Krediidipank and Poco pay.
- After selecting a suitable bank, you will be taken to the online bank site, where you can pay for the order; after you have made a payment be sure to click the “Back to the merchant” button.
NB! The seller will place the order after the payment has been successfully completed.
NB! Also observe delivery time – if the delivery date is 7 days, then it means that the goods might arrive in our warehouse within the next 7 days.
CONDITIONS OF THE SALES AGREEMENT (as of March 11, 2018)
These Terms and Conditions apply to the Purchase and Sale Agreement for Goods Ordered from Jänku OÜ (https://janku.ee) (hereinafter Web Shop), which is concluded between Jänku OÜ (the Seller) and the person who ordered the goods (hereinafter referred to as the “Customer”) during the validity of these terms.
A contracting authority is generally considered to be a contract for the purchase and sale of ordered goods in the meaning of the Law of Obligations Act (VÕS). The Seller does not have to notify the Subscriber separately about his acceptance of the order. By purchasing and paying the payment, the Purchaser confirms that he has read the terms of the order.
Information about the goods is provided in the Web Store directly at the merchandise.
The prices in Jänku OÜ’s online store are in euros and include VAT (except wholesale prices).
The cost of transport for the customer is added to the price, except for campaigns that offer discounts for transport.
Prices are valid from the time of order completion until the expiry of the due date of the completed order (3 days after the order is completed).
If the order is submitted before changing the terms of sale or prices, the legal relationship that has occurred between the Customer and Jänku OÜ will apply upon the conditions applicable at the time of the order.
Jänku OÜ reserves the right to make changes in sales prices. These changes are reflected on the web store.
The seller has the right to withdraw from the order if the goods ordered can not be delivered due to the expiration of the goods. In this case, the Customer will be fully refunded or, if agreed between both parties, the goods can be replaced with another product.

Jänku OÜ is responsible for you and you are responsible to Janku OÜ in the other cases to the other party for damage caused by violation of these conditions in the cases and to the extent provided by legislation of the Republic of Estonia.
Jänku OÜ is not liable for any damage caused to you or for the delay of the delivery if it is caused by something that Jänku OÜ could not control and foresee.
Customer’s personal information entered for purchases (name, surname, address, telephone number, e-mail address) is confidential and is not subject to disclosure by third parties, except in cases where the courier needs their name, telephone number and delivery address for delivery of the goods or in other cases prescribed by law.
An encrypted data communication channel with banks ensures the purchaser’s security of personal data and bank details, including the access to the Jänku OÜ e-shop.
The web store sends newsletters and offers to buyer’s e-mail address only if the buyer has expressed his wish by pressing the button “I want to join the newsletter”.
The buyer can at any time cancel the offers and newsletters sent to the email by notifying us by an email or by following the instructions in the email containing the offers.
CUSTOMERS RIGHT TO TURN TO CONSUMER COMMITMENTS COMMISSION
If the Seller refuses to resolve the Consumer’s complaint or the Consumer does not agree with the solution offered by the Seller and finds that his rights have been violated or his interests have been violated, the Customer may submit a complaint to the Consumer Complaints Commission through the Consumer Protection Board or the court. The consumer may lodge a complaint through himself or through a representative. The data of the Consumer Protection Board is available on the Consumer Protection Board website, to address the problems encountered in the Member States of the European Union in the European Union Consumer Consultation Center.
After placing an order, click on the link to the desired bank that will direct you to the chosen internet bank: Swedbank, SEB, LHV, NORDEA, Danske Bank, Krediidipank and Poco pay. Enter your username and passwords and enter to your Internet bank. You can see an already executed payment order in the Internet bank, which shows the amount payable for the purchase from Jänku OÜ. Confirm or cancel the payment order.
The goods are delivered by Omniva or DPD.
You will be contacted personally to arrange a suitable time for the delivery. Packages will be delivered on working days from 9:00 to 18:00.
All orders are usually fulfilled within 1-3 business days after the payment is received (products are immediately available). If the delivery time is marked down as available on backorder, the goods will arrive in our warehouse within 7 business days and only then sent out to our customers. Part shipments will only be made if agreed in advance.
If we have run out of the goods ordered by the customer, we will inform them immediately and notify the new time of arrival or we will refund the money upon request.
NB! Before you accept the goods, we strongly recommend that you review the product packaging and, in case of any external injuries, please note that on the courier delivery note. In case of a damaged packaging, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call Jänku OÜ at +372 5628 2989.

Upon receipt of the order, customer has the right to withdraw from the contract entered with Jänku OÜ within 14 days. It is not possible to return a product that has been used or a product that has been damaged by the customer.
Customer shall be liable for the use of the item only if he has used the item in any other way than is necessary to satisfy the nature, characteristics and operation of the item. In order to ascertain the nature, characteristics and operation of the item, the Customer should handle and use the item only as if it would normally be allowed to do it in the shop.
If the item has been used for purposes other than what is necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics and operation of the goods or there are signs of use or wear, the web shop has the right to reduce the refund due to the decrease in the value of the goods.
In order to return the goods, you must fill in the Goods return statement, which you can fill out here – “Return Form” no later than within 14 days upon receipt of the goods.
Customer must return the goods within 14 days after the submission of the application or provide proof that he has delivered the goods to the logistics company during the aforementioned period.
The cost of returning the goods needs to be covered by the customer, unless the reason for the return is that the item is not in conformity with the order (for example, a wrong or defective item).
We will refund the returned product back to the same account it was purchased from within 14 days after we have received the returned items.
The right of withdrawal does not apply if the buyer is a legal person.
The seller is responsible if the products sold to the customer have defects or any other non-complience with the contract, that may occur within the first two years from customer receiving goods.
Customer has the right to make a claim within the first two months from receiving the goods, by submitting an invoice or a confirmation of the order, on the basis of which the purchase of the goods was paid.
In the event of a defective product, we ask that you stop using the goods.
The repair or replacement of defective goods is agreed between the Seller and the Client.
The seller is not liable for the defects in the product caused by the customer (use of improper storage, using the product for unsuitable reasons). The web store is not liable for any defects that have occurred after the delivery of the goods to the buyer.
In the event of non-compliance or defects in the product, please send an e-mail to email@example.com, specifying buyer’s name, contact phone number, order number and description of the non-conformity or defect of the product.
Claims for non-compliance or deficiencies in the product must be submitted within two months from the discovery of the product’s non-compliance or defect.
All complaints will be reviewed and Customer will be contacted as soon as possible but not later than within 15 days from receipt of the complaint.
Customer has the right to demand from the Seller the reduction of the purchase price or termination of the contract and repayment of the goods if the Seller can not repair or replace the goods, repair or replacement of the goods fails or the Seller has not eliminated the goods within a reasonable time.
